We\’ll present you with a recommended bid amount for each job, and all you\’ve got to do is confirm or adjust the final bid by making a site visit.

You\’ve got the final say on your bids, so you\’ll always make a healthy profit.

Get Paid Directly From GC\'s

After the proposal CCP submits is accepted,  you\’ll work directly with the general contractor as you normally would, submitting updated insurance and W9, then bill building contractor directly.

At this point we\’ll step out of your way, other than helping with any ongoing support you may need.  

You\’ll be invoiced by CCP AFTER you\’ve received  money  from the contractor you just cleaned the building for.

By giving us your company information  you’re under no obligation whatsoever. The information you provide just  allows CCP to enter your company into the network.  We can then relate your company to projects based on distance

Using our information system full of construction contacts, we are asked to submit prices for projects, CCP  will utilize its cleaning network to complete the end of sales cycle.  Cleaning partner will need to make site visit and clean site

3) When we find you jobs, we’ll e-mail to check your interest, and arrange a site visit with the superintendent

The ideal partner is checking email inbox 5 times per day, and can make a site visit within 70 miles from mobilization point  under  2 days of email request from CCP.

We\’ll give you a project estimate based on size, project type, and location before you even set foot on the construction site.  All you\’ve got to do is walk the site, confirm  the scope with site contact and email CCP back scope and price confirmation.  YOU are in total control over what you want to bid in the end

When  CCP shares project details with cleaning partner, all lines of communication are open.  After your site visit, email us quick note and CCP will submit formal proposal.     After proposal is submitted, CCP will follow up 5 times with each contact on project via email.  Cleaning partner can also follow up with any contact, whenever you please

The cleaning partner contracts with the general contractor, you will invoice and collect the full contract amount.  You pay us our commission fee AFTER you are paid from the GC.  You know the industry.. PAID WHEN PAID
