What does it cost to work with CCP to assure that we get the best final clean price on all our projects
Our service cost a 1 time annual fee of $2,000 for CCP to help your company assure you have the best final clean price and company on each of your project sites.
Throughout August 2020, we have a covid promotion for 25 new clients.
The annual cost that we can lock you in is $1,000 annual. There are no individual project placement fees or annual price increases.
Just send us the location(s) and site contact info for any projects you\’ve got underway now, and we can start connecting you with our cleaning partners local to your job site(s).
Even if you don\’t have active projects at the moment, sharing your contact info with us now will still make things easy for you. We\’ll check in from time to time and request any info we need- so when your\’re ready for a final clean, we\’re ready to deliver.
Don\’t worry if you don\’t have all this info on hand, all we need to get you started is your email and location.

Yes we\’re local. We\’re always local.
When you get bids from CCP, we\’re connecting you with one of our local cleaning partners nearest to your job site.
We select a cleaning partner for your job based on their location (within 40 miles of your job site, preferably closer) and any special skills, equipment, insurance requirements you may have.
Most cleaning partners don\’t want to travel more than 60 miles to make a site visit due to the increased time/risk involved.
Can you can you make a site visit? Can I get a bid without one?
Our local cleaning partner will always make a site visit to confirm project scope and site conditions before we send you an official bid.
We prefer to visit the site near the project closeout date, to give you the most accurate bid possible. This step protects everyone from additional risk and miscommunication.
**We understand that you may want cleaning prices for your own project bids, before you\’ve been awarded a building contract. Using our data, along with project information like floor plans etc. we can usually give you a fairly accurate price estimate for a construction clean – it\’s still only an estimate though, until we can make a site visit.
How fast will I get a bid? How many bids can I expect?
If you\’re ready for a site visit now, we can get one of our local partners on site within a few days. After the site visit, your bid will come FAST (under 48 hours).
We connect you with the best-fit local partner from our network, based on their proximity to your job site, and other factors. So, you\’ll get a single bid from us for each project and the crew will be pre-qualified as a great choice for your particular cleanup job.
Can I request more than one cleaning bid at a time?
Sure, you can request as many final cleanup bids for as many projects as you want. This is one of the main benefits about working with CCP.
Because we\’ve got a nationwide network of cleaners, you can get bids for ALL your projects, even if they\’re spread out in different locations – and you can do it all with a single email.
Our aim is to make things so easy for you that you don\’t even have to request bids at all. We\’ll keep in touch, and stay up to date on the progress of your current projects as well as any new contracts you\’re awarded.
This way, you really don\’t have to worry about reaching out to us, or remembering to request bids – we\’ll do the thinking for you and be ready when you are.
Who do we contract with? Who do we pay? Who prices the project?
You\’ll contract with our local cleaning partner, just like you would with any other subcontractor. They will invoice you directly.
We advise our cleaning partners on an appropriate bid for each project, but ultimately decision of how to price the project is up to them.
Other than a bit of admin assistance, we basically stay out of the way and let you & local cleaning partner get to work. We will be around to help with Work In Progress support (if change orders are needed etc.)
Our mission is to make your construction cleanups as frictionless as possible, so if any issues come up, we\’ll do our best to help.
How many cleaning crews/ how much manpower do you have?
We\’ve got over 2,000 local cleaning partners spread across the country, and our network is growing fast.
Our cleaning partners have at least 2 crews of 4 people.
Are you a qualified vendor with us? (I have special insurance requirements… do you meet them?)
If you\’ve got special requirements for your subcontractors or your cleaning project (extra insurance, special skills or equipment etc.) just let us know.
REMEMBER that we\’re going to connect you with one of our local cleaning partners, and you\’ll contract with them directly.
Even though we don\’t contract with you directly, we do hold the most common insurance. CCP wants to be on all contractors vendor list! See here for our certificate of insurance
If you\’ve got a qualified vendors list, add us to it! We\’ll only connect you with local cleaning partners that fit your criteria.
Can I choose another cleaning company for my project?
If we submit a bid and you decide to go with another cleaning company, that’s just fine. We’re more than happy to keep making site visits and submitting proposals for your future projects, and hopefully we’ll work together soon enough.
I usually use local companies for final cleans… why would I sign up?
Simple, we make your life easier – by working with 1 expert who you can work with to make sure you can get the best price on each site.
Taking just 5 minutes now to share some basic information about your company and current projects can easily save you hours of time, energy, and money on this final step in the construction process.
After we\’ve got your info, all you have to do (other than checking your email) is allow us to walk the job site, send us the floor plans, and you’ll receive a competitive proposal in a matter of days.
Even if you don’t need cleaning done at the moment, we’ll check in with you periodically to keep up with your status – so as soon as you’re ready for a construction clean, we’ll be ready to deliver.
When you need your site cleaned, an extra bid on your desk is always a good thing. We get you these bids quickly and easily.
