  • Physical on the ground Start up – Every new partner starts with up to one weeks of foundational business training.  A physical visit from your Licensing support guru to lead the way in introduction office visits to all accounts, job site visits with checklist in hand, safety vests distribution, and hard hat assignments.   Software operating system training will be during this physical training week.
  • Computer training – A lot can be done from our operating system, creating proposals and change orders can take a lot of time, we will make sure you know how to use our system based in Salesforce.com (the worlds #1 CRM), weekly you have the opportunity to take zoom meeting training where a master can share their screen and go over processes.
  • Sales and Customer Service Training – The office site visits plus a follow up wins many contracts.  Knowing which contacts to ask for when you reach a front desk associate (door keeper) will be one of the most critical skills you can learn. Our capability statement packet will give your team the tool they need to create sales and provide trustworthy relationships.
  • Quarterly office visit Support – Once per quarter, a CCP sales master can come to your region, and take 1-2 people from your team to visit every office.  Visiting offices consistently to build a trust reputation will keep your email full of contracts and phones busy with scope confirmation calls. 
  • Preferred vendors – Construction Clean Partners will make sure your business is qualified with all companies in your region.  We have the pre qual application to thousands of general contractors and will make sure your information is updated in your prospects system to confirm you are a preferred vendor.
