Typically on these Sam’s Club remodels we have to turn each area over as it is completed and they are always open. Each area is cleaned and turned over throughout the job in lieu of one final cleaning at the end.
Our crews typically take care of all cleaning on the floor.
We do have specialty contractors that come in to do the ceiling cleaning of bar joists and cleaning of ACT and grid.

Hey okay usually this is the project manager’s assistant that deals with final cleaning & she tells me they usually go for about $700.00

A. Wax for floor finishing shall be “Vectra” from Johnson Diversey, Inc.
C. Wax is available in 5 gallon containers and should be purchased in the following quantities based on the
prototype size:
