When we match you with our best-fit cleaning partner local to your project, we\’ll make a site visit, and submit a proposal for you to choose from.
- CCP can price the project from the plans and get the contract in our company name, then when it comes time to mobilize, we have our partner clean your site.
- CCP will invoice the construction company and we pay our cleaning partner.
- If you need us close to completion which is normal, we will send 2-3 cleaning companies to your job site to meet your team, the cleaning company walks the job site to fully understand the scope, CCP will make sure you have 3 bids in your hand.
- Construction company creates a contract with local partner or CCP. Each project is different.
Even if you don\’t need cleaning done at the moment, we\’ll check in with you periodically to keep up with your status – so as soon as you\’re ready for a construction clean, we\’ll be ready to deliver.
